Setting out across Japan, to places this land has to offer, with my lenses by my side

For my photojournalism and documentary photography, the SIGMA 24mm F1.4 DG HSM | Art and SIGMA 35mm F1.4 DG HSM | Art are my main lenses. Going across Japan, I carry these lenses ready for the variety of environments I encounter along the way. I went with the Art series for its simple design, sturdiness and value for money. In the past, I had hesitated to use a third-party lens after getting the impression that they are of low quality. However, I gave them a try and my opinion of them completely changed – lower in price than the prime lens offered by the competition, they are well-built and there is no comparison when it comes to the quality of its sharpness and AF speed. If you ask me what I hope to see in the future, I would love to see improvements in the sealing process and the zoom lenses to be a little more lighter and compact.
