[ A photo file for the people who enjoy photography with SIGMA. ]

A beautiful capture even against the light and in the shadows.

The photographs taken in Brazil are exhibited on a special microsite for the SIGMA 50mm F1.4 DG HSM | Art as of Autumn 2014.

About 2 years ago, I inadvertently tried out SIGMA’s 35mm F1.4 lens from its new line up that a senior cameraman had. Though I had photographed a party of fifteen, close to sunset and moreover against the light, I was able to capture all of their faces. “Wow! This is amazing!” From that moment on, it became my favorite lens. With the 35mm F1.4 DG HSM | Art and the 50mm F1.4 DG HSM | Art in my hands, I walked around the streets of Brazil during the 2014 World Cup. Even with little light, being able to capture the natural movements of the children and moments of expression without missing anything made me truly able to enjoy shooting.
